Cancellation, Re-scheduling, No Show Policy
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. I understand there are extenuating circumstances in life that may make last minute changes necessary. However, habitual late cancellations and re-scheduling will result in being barred from online scheduling and having to pre-pay for your next appointment.
No show or no calls for an appointment will result in you being barred from online scheduling and having to pre-pay for your next appointment. Please be considerate for my time as there may be another client who would like to schedule.
Late Arrival and Service Forfeiture Policy
To ensure that all of our clients receive the best possible service and to respect the time of all parties involved, we have implemented the following policy regarding late arrivals:

Timeliness: We kindly ask all clients to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before your scheduled appointments to fill out any necessary paperwork, a consultation, and to have time to unwind and relax.

Late Arrival: If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to forfeit your service. In this case, you may be asked to reschedule for another available time slot.

Notification: If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be provided if you arrive late.

No-Show/Forfeiture of Service: If you do not arrive for your appointment and fail to inform us beforehand, the service will be forfeited, and you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: Depending on availability, you may be able to reschedule your appointment, but a rescheduling fee may apply, and services will be subject to availability.

Exceptions: In certain situations (e.g., emergencies), we may offer flexibility, but this is at the discretion of the service provider.
